The Nova board is made to be held. Its looped handle and curved edges are features designed for a shared experience: one of touching, feeling and passing around. The board is shaped from a solid piece of sapele – a durable and sustainable species of West African hardwood, known for its interlocked grain. This means the tree grows in a spiral – like a corkscrew – creating a stripey ribbon effect.
 
Your nova board may be used for service or chopping, but try to keep knife contact to one face (so you always have a good side!). To look after it, wipe down with a soft, damp cloth. Keep away from the dishwasher!
