DELIVERY & RETURNS
DELIVERY
We offer the following delivery options:
Standard – £5 flat rate (courier)
Free – free delivery on orders over £50
(excluding large / bulky items such as furniture and basins)
Collection – you can collect in person from our London store. Just choose 'Pick up' at checkout. We're open for collection Wednesday to Sunday, 10 to 5.
Rest of World – if we don't currently ship to your address/country, please email info@provisionstore.co.uk and we will quote a delivery cost for you.
Handling time – orders will be shipped same day if you order before 1 pm, next day if ordering after 1pm.
Furniture/large items – please note lead times on item description for furniture being made to order. Large items require a longer handling time. Please email info@provisionstore.co.uk for further information on lead times and courier costs.
RETURNS
Please email info@provisionstore.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to return or exchange.
Refunds - refunds will be processed once the item has been received by Provision.
Exchanges - refunds will be processed once the original item has been received by Provision. Before returning for exchange, please email us so we can confirm availability of your preferred item.
