  • This ceramic pot is completely hand-built from a combination of river clay and ground stone sourced from Longpi, in the North East of India. The hand-burnishing process used during the making of KARIPAN gives it a naturally non-stick surface making it ideal for slow cooking or one-pot everyday meals. Oils and ingredients are preserved while cooking as the pot recirculates moisture and preserves flavour. This clay cooking pot can be used on both gas and electric hob and in the oven.

    • Wash with warm water and a soft sponge or hard bristled brush. Rinse well with clean water and dry thoroughly. Always make sure to dry the pot/ pan thoroughly before storing.
