This bench has been made and hand carved from FSC Certified European Oak.
 
The entire underside and legs are textured creating a subtle detail to be discovered under closer inspection. This gives a lovely tactile experience while sitting and running your hands along the piece, playing with the contrasts between the beautifully smooth seat and the hand-carved details.
 
Also on the top, the texture extends to a small raised platform on one end. Creating a perfect display area, or space to keep a coffee while enjoying a relaxing moment.
